A few brews and some chips will not de-rail you as long as you get back on track tomorrow. I having one now and going out with friends to eat Mexican. I know it's bad...but it's Saturday night and I WILL BE ON TRACK TOMORROW! For the past 6 months, I have been going for a jog every Sunday morning and helps me justify my Saturday night sins. I'm up to about 5 miles now and believe it or not, look forward to it all week.

Picked up some whey today.The stuff ain't cheep !!
Will have to do some searching on creative mixing.Bought vanilla flavour as I figured it would mix better with a variety of choices.
Had 8 0z mixed with water and it wasn't as bad as I'm reading on the various forums.
I must say that it gave me a "full" feeling which is one of the reasons I chose to start using it..
