A bit scared at my success
I've lost 4 kilos already (which is about 8 pounds, I think). I am not that over-weight, but this is huge for me because it's the first time in my life I lose weight (more than a kilo) over a diet, that is to say, not because of some external circumstance but out of my own will.
I am now 70 kgs, which is quite ok (I'm 1.66 meters tall), but I feel that if I got this far, why stop now?
My question is... does it get a lot harder? I lost this first four kilos in less than a month, can I expect this to continue this way? Or will this get slow now? I'm just a bit scared about what will happen now... are the last 4 kilos a lot harder?

My experience is that as I get closer to a healthy weight, it does become harder to lose, and, even more important, to maintain the loss when the thrill is gone. You don't say if you have been exercising along with the dieting, but if not this might be a good time to add some strength training to make sure that the weight you lose is fat (which you don't need) rather than muscle (which you do). Congratulations on your success so far!
