I do not want to claim success but I think a mileage marker has been met.
I use a weekly average of my weight to gauge where I am. Today I hit minus 40 pounds.
40 pounds loss in 46 weeks.
The first 36 weeks or so was just portion control. I hit a bit of a plateau and started with FitDay.
The past 10 weeks I have been calorie and carb counting at a level which should give me a loss of a pound per week.
This is why I like using a weekly average for my weight. If I am having a heavy day, or a light day I just keep saying -- trust the numbers. It takes a lot of anxiety away.
I am running about 20-25 miles a week.

Way to go!
Good for you, Skypilot! It's great when things on the scale match up with the calculations you do for your lifestyle and results happen. Sounds like you've got it figured out with the way your body works. Keep up the good work!
