90 lbs down
I started a new way of living January 17, 2012 at, what was a surprise to me since I thought i weighed 365, 392 pounds. I have 2 more to go to reach my first goal and then ultimately I would like to get under 250 (so I can zipline). I have basically stayed under 1500 calories/35 g fat and exercised regularly. I feel much better and look forward to reaching my ultimate goal. I think I am going to set shorter goals during the next 50 though.
