Hittin' the nutritional numbers finally!

Here's my 1685 calorie, nutrient dense day. I've been hittin' the numbers lately after many major changes and tweaks to my diet. It's taken me three months to get to this point.

I've got FitDay to thank for giving me the tools to create a healthy diet.

Yes, good question! :D

That was achieved by a 674 calorie lunch which contained 79 grams of fiber alone. But I pigged out on this lunch. My philosophy is, if you can pig out for lunch with high fiber, it will satisfy you for the rest of the day. And it does.

The recipe will be posted soon. It's a black bean, brown rice, and chicken burrito recipe (homemade) that I've been working on. The final numbers were determined by using a recipe calculator from another site (as I don't have the PC version of FD for recipes).

I ate (4) of them for lunch. :)

Funny about nutritional education. Here I was months ago complaining about how difficult it was to get over 25 grams of fiber in my diet.
