First, you look great. Thanks for taking the courage to share your results. Second, what is a reasonable time frame for taking pictures? I took my first set last Friday and was thinking of doing it weekly. Also, what was your workout/calorie plan?

I would like to lose about 12 pounds. I joined a gym yesterday and plan on trying to attend a class each day. I was looking through this forum for some motivation. I have not been able to intentionally lose a pound in my life.

If you want some more motivation check out Bodybuilding.com and the Transformation of the week archives. They have men, women, over 40 and teens.
