@Deiss76 ~ Thank you for the inspiration today. Very comforting as I am feeling a little overwhelmed by the task at hand. Years ago I lost 75 lbs, thought it was over and done with and have felt so ashamed that I put it all back on but double! If you can get back up and try again for a 3rd time, so can I. Thank you.

Hello Chris,
That was a very inspiring story. i also have been overweight most of my life. I didn't actually notice until my doctor told me that i was headed in the wrong direction about my weight. She explain to me that she would work with me to help me lose it. Hearing your story made me realize that I am doing this for me and nobody else. Thanks so much for your great story. :)

powerful , great info, solid stuff I once read a great W/l book called Outrunning My Shadow,, it dealt with alot of good stuff that is in our heads!
I too have been morbidly obese since in my 20's I an 51 and I am ready to fight !
