I'm on my way.
Well it's been 70 days and I'm on track to make my goal of 160 by 12/31/12.
I started at 254 and now I'm at 242. Yea I know it's only 12 lbs but for me that is great. I grew up in a house where almost every thing we ate was fried. Even now it is hard to eat rite when working 12 hour days. My big weakness is potatoe chips. If I could break my chip cravings it sure would help! I have added 4 hours of walking a week and this is helping. Lard. |
I think 12 pounds is great. I know I can't hardly wait until the day I've lost 12 pounds. So way to go!
