Ouch, what happened?

Yea, I'm sick today (still going to work XD), and I was like, oh, it's Kenpo day (which i <3!). And my internal response was, "yea, but work's gonna kick your butt. It's sleep day"

long story short... pushed it too hard for too long, lifting more than my old body could take and now I have a bulging disc between L5 & S1 that's hitting on my sciatic nerve.

I'm going July 12th for an epidural, I never though I'd say that I would look forward to having a big ass needle in my back... but I am. That should take me out of pain and begin the healing process.

Ahh crap Mike, that sux! I was gonna complain about my injuries, but I don't need a huge azz needle to make it feel better.....sorry to hear that.
