It's funny that you mentioned the other changes. I hadn't really thought about it before but now that you mention it, think I that I also have been taking more care in my grooming habits since I started loosing weight. I guess at some point, as our self esteem goes up we figure out that we are worth putting in a little extra effort.

it makes me wonder how long I'd really let it go. Part of me knew. I have basically no pictures of myself from the last two years (except this new one!). It says a lot.

I just saw your pictures and I am thrilled to put a face to the name! You look fantastic and not just because of your weight loss, you are absolutely radiant and your hair is so shiny and healthy looking. Way to go! And thanks for the inspiration!
