1st year anniversary
 

Got the official weigh-in from the diet doc this morning and we-are-lookin'-good! :D See below, because I finally added my stats to a signature.

I still have it in my head that I would like to get into the 120's, but I really need to stop stessing about it, 'cuz it just may not happen. And if not, so what? I am a great size and about as fit as a 53 year old can be!

WOW - that must feel great - but of course you didn't need someone else to tell you you had made amazing progress!

Awesome attitude as well, getting into the 120's is a goal that might look good on paper but it might not feel so great. You're doing awesome by maintaining/slowly losing!

Thanks everyone for your great support comments. I am, indeed, trying to get some photos together. I had hoped to add an avatar as part of the anniversary message... so Mike et al., what's going on there? any idea when the avatars are likely to be restored?

I'm having trouble getting photos to load into the reply space. Suggestions?

Pam, how are you trying to post pics? The best way is to host them on photobucket.com or some similar site and link them using the tags they provide. Let me know if you have trouble getting it to work.

I can go that route, although I was hoping to just paste them into the message.

Ah, well, I could be wrong but I don't think you can. Perhaps someone else has made it work? I just use photobucket.

PS I see there is a picture insert icon but it appears you need to enter the URL of your picture--easier simply to host on photbucket, I think, unless you've got pics already hosted on your own web space.

Pam, did you hit the manage attachments button?

I tried, but it was unclear quite what that would accomplish, so I did not follow through. I know that several folks have posted photos directly into the post (see VabeachNYC and her missing snack foods because of a mischievious pup).
