Thanks Fit Day and 5 guys
I just want to thank the people who put this site together and make it available to public. It's a great help.

My second day recording my intake I ate at 5 guys, a burger, fries and a diet coke. At 1130 AM I was at 1700 cals!!! And I was on an 1800 cal/day plan.:eek: It was a big wake up call. Fit Day showed me how much I was eating, much of it was needless mouth filling.

I'm down 25 lbs in a 6.5 months and hoping to lose another 30 by Sept. Thanks to Fit Day I can see what I'm putting into my body.

We are glad to have you here! It really can be a wake up call, seeing everything that goes in our mouth!

Welcome to FitDay. Some day I may total up an average day in my pre-lifestyle change. Though, perhaps not! :eek:

Keeping track of what you eat is so important!
I am so impressed by how well a lot of people who are posting to these message boards are doing with weight loss and with sticking to their intention to loosing weight and eating healthy. I have been a member of fit day for something like 6 years, and it has been such a help when the weight begins to creep back on...I start logging in each morsel I put in my mouth, and bingo! I can see just where I am going wrong. After the initial weight loss (about 25 pounds), I have been able to keep off the weight. I expect to be a lifelong member. It is really helpful to be able to track nutrients so that I can ensure when I am eating less I am eating well!
