Just a word of warning and NOT to go by whatevers posted on the internet. It affects the immune system and if ya have any immune condition like hashimotos or auto-immune conditions, it will in fact flare up your syptoms which otherwise is controlled by medication.
For most normal people, it might work fine but if ya taking prescribed meds for conditions, it might not play well. Personal experience here. |
Ashwagandha's pretty cool—it's all about chilling you out when stress hits hard. I totally get what you mean about feeling anxious; it can be tough. But it's fantastic you found something that helps.
