I wanted to share my story. I looked in the mirror once and was horrified. What do I look like? I immediately started thinking about what to do to change. The first solution is to step on the scale and face the truth, the second is to take a notebook and write your weight. When I first weighed myself my weight was 264 lbs. It helped me maybe it will help you too and then started looking at what I had him and writing it down. God, it was something, I felt like a garbage pit. I revised my menu and started watching my daily routine and running a little bit. Cardio exercise helped, except I was getting flabby and I didn't want that. After that, I joined a gym and started working out. I will not say that I am a fitness athlete or a bodybuilder, but the fanaticism with which I undertook myself was scary even to me. Why is it scary? I didn't expect to get into this kind of rhythm so much. Used Keto + 5 days a week workouts. And they're ruthless, too. so I was 264 pounds and became 209 in just one month. I will say at once it is difficult to maintain such intensity both physically and mentally very much want to change the diet and eat sweets. And all that didn't happen. Perhaps my story was helpful. Ask will share their experiences if you can call it that.
