The long road to my new size
Finally I fit into size 10 ladies after being in size 12 for a long time. I started in size 14s at 192 lbs and I had to lose over 30 lbs to get to size 10. From experience it will likely take me 15 more pounds to fit into size 8, but then in the past it only took another 8 pounds to fit into size 6. How strange. I wonder if my body has changed and that won't happen. I do notice a little excess skin that I didn't have when I last lost weight and reached goal. In any case, I've done this on a fairly but not severely low carbohydrate diet that also limits fat to a degree.

And I hear 'ya about the excess skin--the price we pay for our past "sins", I guess.
