Your welcome!

As an update, I'm 175.4 pounds as of today. 30.4 more pounds to go! During the last two weeks, I had 4 days of butter chicken, 2 days of duck confit and 2 days of duck steak au poivre, using real 24-hour beef bone stock and 9-hour duck stock in the duck recipes for the sauces. It's pretty incredible what you can eat to lose weight.

That's the most informative, insightful statement about weight loss I ever heard. It completely trumps the 2 months of scientific research I did to get to 169.4 pounds from 225 in 4 months.

Amazing story! Just curious where you're at today? You're inspiring me to do the same. I actually did a keto diet with IF last year and lost about 30 pounds in 1.5 months. But my calories were restricted so much that I was always hungry and felt tired all the time. I ended up gaining it all back. I'm going to give it another go and this time keep my calories up so I don't feel sluggish all the time. Thanks for sharing!
Also, during the fasting portion, did you consume any calories at all in the form of coffee with a little cream or milk, or anything like that?

You are doing what I soon hope to begin. Until I have a stove I can cook on I'll be just trying to eat better. Less fast food, etc.

I am so happy for you! :)
