Achieving great results!
Here is the thing... No matter what I did it was very hard to lose weight or keeping it off. I tried lots of diets but with the same results. I have increased my leves of cardio just to see if I break through this cycle. HIIT training is also a very good alternative that I am currently using. As of these few last weeks is when I FINALLY have started to se a noticeable improvement. I have lost about 9 pounds and I am keeping up until I get to my desired weight.

A great type of training I have tried lately is HIIT. even though is kind of demanding, it really burn those calories good :)

Ive tried the famous Keto diet but for some reason it didn't did it for me. Ive heard that a lot of people benefits from this type of diet but for some strange reason I didn't got remarkable results with it.
