You have to be very much on top of your fat/protein/carb ratios. It’s actually very difficult to eat enough fat and hit the ratios. Entering your food here and watching the ratios helps, also a keto meter will let you know if you are in ketosis. There are many very good keto recipes to keep you on the correct path ☺️.
