Back down to my marriage weight!!
It's not much, but I finally hit the weight that I was at when I got married a year and a half ago!!! I still have a lot of work to go, but after yo-yoing in the 170's, it's nice to be back down to my 'comfortable' weight. Now to stay at it to get down to a weight that I haven't been since my early teens. Such a wonderful feeling! Yay for little things that keep you motivated!!!!

How did you lose the 6 pounds, what are you eating, exercise etc? Another 6lbs by Xmas is easy peasy. Your goal is 145. what are you gonna achieve it and by when? This place holds no prisoners, once you've signed up, you're in, so fess up! :D |
