I have been watching my calories I'm excited to report I have lost 3 pounds in a week....

Congrats on losing the 3lbs in a week and
watching your calories that is the right way
to lose weight I'm going to go back to working
out at my gym I love the elliptical machines
but I need to start doing the crunches and getting
my stomach more flatter.

Congratz! I'm counting carbs and lost 4 pounds in 8 days keeping the carbs under 100 (around 50 net carbs)

My current 160lbs
Starting march 10 deit
Now I am 152 lbs
8 pounds lost month of march
My Goal 110 or 115 lbs
I do tradmil walk and run 1 hour
And watch what I eat ... Mostly salana Vegs mostly drink lots water
