i was sick today.... i puked everything tat i had eaten .... was scared to eat anything after tat... i had sum mashed rice n lentils for dinner.... i was nt able to do any of my goals for today...

even i ve been in a yo-yo dieting state always.... i gain back the pounds i lose in speedier than i lose it..... it takes a lot of time n effort to lose every pound but somehow...

sorry abt the confusion... pulses include al the peas, lentils n beans varieties.... the germinated form of anyone of them s sprouted pulses.... its more nutritious , has high protein ( n low fat......

i ve nt posted my updates over the weekend .... i dint do as good as the weekday.... i kept my calorie under control but i did eat late night hours (SIN !)
