just so you know.... 5 minutes of exercise done 6 times a day still adds up to 30 minutes!!!! you body doenst care how you get 30 minutes in each day,,, it adds up... dont make excuse for...

good luck girl..... this is a great site,,, one of many tools you can use in your journey.... but dont take it as written in stone,,,, it has its faults too,., the calorie counts arent terribly...
