I've found that I actually love the treadmill at the gym when I put it on a slight incline, like 2-3%. It helps my knees a lot and doesn't hurt when I run, I literally figured this out yesterday....

There is a lot you can do on a treadmill but it's still not quite the same as running, at least that's my thoughts. But I still use the treadmill at the gym all the time.

Great video. I have found that I can target my lats a bit better if I do the single arm lat pulldown machine. That is what has really helped me out.
