What a great tip!! You can also make mango ice cream, it is literally one ingredient and you get super delicious frozen mango ice cream. Make sure to use a very ripe mango though!

Detox is great but not for sustainable weight loss. You might momentarily lose weight, but it will be only due to your stomach emptying out, not because you lose fat.

What is "hardly" any processed foods? Fat is not bad for you, your body needs them, otherwise you will never feel full, and also the vitamins that you get from the veg you eat can't be absorbed...

Your body really does not need carbs! Bodybuilders might need it because they are trying to GAIN weight, but if you want to loose it, cutting out carbs really boosts the process.
