I eat when I'm hungry rather than by the clock and don't be afraid of leaving something on you plate. Make your calorie cuts from processed carbohydrates rather than protein.

Dashboard

the calories you've eaten are subtracted by the program on both the net calories and the calorie budget on your dashboard. Dashboard is found by hovering over the home tab and selecting dashboard....
