I agree that protein is vitally important in weight loss. I dropped 44 pounds in 4 months by eating salads and lean steaks. Low calories as well as low carbs + tons of protein. Felt so much better...

I love to snack on raw almonds. They fill me up and are loaded with protein. Sometimes I eat rice crisps too.
