The best advice i got is to find one that has support from the top as well as the bottom, which you can't find on one that is targetted for smaller cup sizes....

The mini goals were something that i learned from other ppl in the forums. it's really helpful, too - instead of having a long time frame and a big number to lose, you can focus on your little goals....
