yesterday i tried so hard to stick around 1,300 cals- i think at the end of the day i was right under 1,400 which is close! I know if i can keep it at 1,300 i'll be golden...

I do bring a 32oz water bottle in the meeting with me, and i drink it ALL within the 2 hour meeting, I suppose I could maybe refill it or bring two from now one. I started brining my lunch with me...

Last week was a pretty good week- i worked out 6 times (1 hour of cardio each session).
I kept my eating more in check than it has been..

and it finally paid off last week...
