I believe there is no such thing as...

I believe there is no such thing as spot-reducing, but there is toning (firming up an area). You lose weight in places you cannot control, as you diet, but you can tone up an area with exercise....

Jamaica sounds wonderful!

I am preparing for the holidays and all of the stress. One day at a time - that's all you need. Water (ugh!), IFing, and I hope I get more exercise.
