Unhappy Injury and comeback!!

I am recovering from a shoulder injury,I went to the gym yesterday after 2 months of rest and recovery. Felt as if, I no more have the same will power and motivation left in me. I need motivation :(

Legs, the most neglected muscle.Cycling is a must do, at least cycle for 40-50 km's once a week( personally tried) and results were awesome.

You can, they are not harm full but you should...

You can, they are not harm full but you should not abuse or over use it.Take a month's gap after consuming for 3 months.Drink a lot of water, ( specially in case of consuming creatines).
