That's great news! Congratulations! It's always good to know that even if we're not (yet) at our goal weight, it is possible to improve overall health. And to me that's the most important thing.

Oh that's the worst! I'm so sorry. Yes, get plenty of rest. Ginger ale & saltines may not be the healthiest but that's my go-to food when I'm sick as well. Good luck getting back to solid foods....
