Today's Workout

Cardio Treadmill jog /walk 12 minutes .Walk at 5% incline at 3.4 mph. Jog at 4.7 mph at .5% incline.

Heavy Bag workout 25 sec. excercise / 10 sec. rest for 28 rounds.

Functional crossfit

Functional crossfit =working out to the same level as if your are playing your sport.

Training your body to same regime as your playing your sport.

Has anyone done this kind of a workout.
