Didn't realize to update this thread daily :0

My goals this week are:

1. Stick to 1500 calories 1455, 1455, 1772
2. Burn off 1000 calories by exercise alone, 5x /week 726, day off, 300
3. Drink lots of water Y, Y, Y
4. Cook at home more...
