6.6 mile run along the river, bright & sunny, 65* temps. Hit the gym and lifted weights for 45min.
I also registered for a 1/2 marathon at the end of April, so I will be in training mode till then:D

Ran 6.25 miles on Sunday and I also went kayaking on the river Sat & Sun, paddled just over 6 miles for both days, arms,back,shoulders and legs all feel it today :D

I hit the gym last night for about an hour....

I hit the gym last night for about an hour. Mostly worked on core, back and deltoids and rode the bike for 16 min.
My legs are still a little sore, so I probably won't work them out till next week.
