I log my food on Myfitnesspal, and yesterday it gave these results for carbs:
Total Carbs : 202
Dietary Fibre : 19
Sugars : 88
I've no idea what to make of it though if I'm honest! :o

Mern - How do you keep your carbs so low? Mine was 200grams yesterday, and 100 of that was sugar (mostly from fruit).
