I do my situps from flat on the ground and sit up, once I am straight up...that's one (and I can't curse/count til I get to 5). If this causes you stress or injury, Debbie had mentioned doing them...

I did day 3 yesterday and had to stop twice for both the sit ups and leg raises. I am enjoying the day off today. Enjoy yours tomorrow :)

and after sit up 22! ( was hoping to only stop once, but I did the best I could)

Crunches, no problem with those - I can do 40-50...
