I've missed my goals but it's been a good day for weight. I weighed in today at 203.0. I'm going to keep pushing and hope I can get below 203 by Friday.

Hey now!!! My arguments are never pointless.:D Love your goals!! .6 isn't bad, don't beat yourself up over it. That's what I'm here for.
