I'm here too! No exercise yesterday and food was not great.
Half an hour exercising this morning and I have squash roasting in the oven for soup.

Hope, while I am not a parent I can remember my parents forcing me to go to Weight Watchers. It didn't work and I would stop at the variety store and buy a bag of chips out of spite (yeah, I know!)....
