Pam...Congrats on your weight loss but 1100 calories or less per day is far too few given your level of activity and can just some back to bite you when you move back to a regular diet and/or slow...

I have been running for over 20 years and added cycling about five years ago. I will train for a running event and use cycling as cross training and use running as cross training for a cycling event....
