At one point in my life, when I was eating (unhealthily) too few calories, I would not be able to fall asleep or sleep well at night. I don't know why that happens... just an experience of mine.

It definitely makes you feel fuller than just water. But the feel doesn't last too long...

There is something to select called the "stair-treadmill ergometer" and when I do it by time, FitDay usually produces the same amount of calories burned as the machine had said.
