When I started dieting, I had a lot of fat to lose. I had some very specific goals in mind on how I wanted to look, the fitness levels I wanted to reach, and even strength levels I was shooting for....

I do not calorie count either, I do portion count, but I do not weigh portions. I estimate portions based upon fist size, something I learned in a book. I make sure I balance my intake of proteins,...

This is going to be an off-the-wall estimate based on my experiences, not exact science. I suspect you will lose five pounds the first week on that plan, but only about 2 pounds per week after that....
