Schedule Your Workouts in the Morning!

i would always use excuses to get out of working out. And now I schedule my workouts first thing in the morning and this helps me stay on track!

500 Calories a day is too low!

When you significantly reduce your daily calories this low you are most likely to lose muscle mass and gain the weight back.
