Wishing all my fellow Canucks a great Thanksgiving weekend.

Happy Thanksgiving to you too. My apple pies are made and ready to travel. One good thing about having dinner away is no leftovers - or is that one bad thing? My plan is to not overdue it and with this sunshine I may spend an hour in the pool with 11 kids before dinner -- that should be worth 1000 calories!

Happy Thanksgiving all. I'm thankful for all the improvements in my fitness over the past year and look forward to more by next year.
