Do you trust betting apps that aren't on the Apple store?

I'm always a bit hesitant to download apps from outside the Apple App Store, especially when it comes to something that involves financial transactions, like betting. I know that Apple has strict security protocols, and apps that make it into their store have been thoroughly vetted. But when you download directly from a website, you're essentially taking a leap of faith. Has anyone had any bad experiences with these types of apps? Or am I just being overly cautious? I really don't want to risk my financial details!

I get your concerns; it's definitely smart to be careful. I usually do some research before downloading anything from outside the App Store. Check reviews on independent sites, look for secure connection symbols (https), and make sure the company has a good reputation. You know, the classic stuff. Just the other day I was looking into How do I install Melbet iOS? and realized that some apps require a profile install, which always makes me double check everything first.

It's interesting how perceptions of trust can differ depending on the platform. Downloading an app from the official app store feels inherently safer, even if the actual level of security might not be that different from downloading directly from a website with proper security measures. It's almost like we've been conditioned to trust the big tech companies as gatekeepers, whether or not that trust is fully warranted.
