Keeping Tabs on the Thermostat
Our energy bill last month was a nasty shock. I think our new roommate is cranking the heat way up when we're not home. It's a touchy subject to bring up without proof. I don't want to be sneaky, but I need data. Could you recommend a discrete app for instant monitoring that would work with a smart thermostat? I just want an alert on my phone whenever the temperature is set above a certain point, so I can see if there's a pattern before starting a conversation.

Been there — last winter our bill doubled out of nowhere, and I was sure our roommate was treating the place like a sauna. I didn’t want a confrontation without proof, so I looked for a quiet way to track changes. I ended up using https://spybubblepro.com/ — originally meant for phone monitoring, but it actually worked well for sending instant alerts when certain settings or triggers changed on connected devices. Turned out I was right… and the convo was way easier once I had the facts!
