Taking the training wheels off....

Taking the training wheels off....
I've been slowly weening myself off this site (at least the food logging portion). I now feel that I know what, when & how much to eat and what activities I need to do to keep everything in check.
Along with the site "issues"- it seems to take forever to log in and enter data. I realize it could be my connection, but the site server seems to also have issues.
So, since I recently had another blood test and all the levels that my Doc has been worried about have come down and stabilized for the last 4 tests, I feel that I have achieved my goal. This site has been an enormous aid in my weight loss but I think I'm gonna take the training wheels off and see how it goes
I'll still occasionally log in to do a spot check on my calories vs. activities and cruise the forums, but other than that, I'll recommend this site as often as possible to whomever needs the help in losing weight.
That is all
