Made it to 47
Yup, there was some concern in my mind at this time last year if I was going to see 47. Anyway, here I am, 157 pounds lighter since my May 25 birthday last year and the future looks a little brighter

A toast to FitDay and all the great folks here who have helped keep me on the right track. Not done yet by any means, but well on the way.

What a wonderful accomplishment! You've given so many people wonderful, down-to-earth advice and encouragement. It's fun to watch your progress. I didn't realize that we were just a year apart!
Heck, if I had a dancing banana like Mike, I'd post it in celebration! (Since we have no fireworks graphics!) LOL Hey, what do you want??? It's a free website!!!
