Ohhhhhh, I like this one, gonna try that too! Dang that snooze, it gets me every time, then I end up rushed. I hate to start the day that way!

if i slip i have to add an extra workout in that week...

My goal is to do yoga 2 times per week. I am getting too old and inflexible and don't do enough stretching. It's sad when I go running and I have trouble when I can't lean over to tie my shoes!

The snooze alarm is a good one!

I'm giving up my Sims :( I'm a bit of a computer gamer, and playing Sims was/is something I often do on a bad day to soothe myself (though I have done it less lately). However, it's a habit that keeps me on my butt for hours at a time!

So now if I'm feeling bad, I'll do something more actually constructive!

I wish. No it's just the plastic alarm clock that has a snooze button. I did not hit it this morning, I shut it off and then snuggled up against honey and didn't get up until his alarm clock went off :eek:. Apparently God has decided not to help me that much on this one? Tomorrow morning I'm up with the first obnoxious BEEP.
