Canada, you may take your artic cold back anytime. Only supposed to be down around -10 tonight--it's like a tropical heat wave! Regards, Michael |

30 ish Celsius here today, kicking back in a pair of football shorts and a t-shirt waiting for the UV factor to drop down a bit so I can take the dogs for a walk without getting burned too badly :) BD |

Yup, -20F so that would be about -29C for you? With windchill they were saying -40 to -50F. It's been a few years since it was that cold in the central part of the state.

This part of Canada does not accept cold weather. We are protected by the mountains with the snow and cold staying on the other side of those peaks.

Today was much better--kinda' chilly this morning but around 21 above now--it was nice for my lunch time walk. Regards, Michael |
I wish we could get some cool weather!!!
Hi Michael
I've been browsing a few posts from people who, like your good self, live in America. Also Canada - where I used to live. Nobody seems to appreciate the magnificent cold, snowy, windy, frosty, icy, freezing weather that you've been having! In Sydney, we have just suffered through a week of above 40C (104F). We also had a Christmas in the high 30s, as is usual. Christmas is supposed to be cold. Perhaps the grass is sometimes greener........ Regards Blubber333 |
