What do you do to get rid of joint pain?

I often have similar pains and it is difficult for me to walk and even lie down. I recently contacted biofreeze customer service to help me choose the best way. I chose the ointment and pills and it is currently helping me and I haven't heard any pain for a week now. Good luck, I hope you feel better
